2. Age Requirements and Eligibility

Age verification is a mandatory step during registration. Providing false information about your age, identity, or location is grounds for immediate account termination without notice. DriveMatch reserves the right to request additional verification at any time to confirm eligibility.

3. Pure Community Guidelines

DriveMatch maintains a safe, respectful, and authentic environment for CDL drivers and women who love truckers. All members must follow our Pure Community Guidelines:

• Respect every member. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive language toward other users.
• Be authentic. Use real photos, accurate personal information, and honest descriptions of your lifestyle and intentions.
• No fake profiles. Creating accounts on behalf of another person or using stolen photos is strictly prohibited.
• No solicitation. DriveMatch is a dating platform for genuine relationships - not a marketplace for goods, services, or external websites.
• Protect privacy. Do not share another member's private messages, photos, or contact information without their consent.
• Report violations. If you encounter suspicious or harmful behavior, report it to our team so we can review it within 24 hours.

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.

4. Use of the Platform

DriveMatch provides trucker dating tools including verified profiles, state-by-state and city-by-city search, voice notes optimized for cab communication, and lightweight messaging designed for slow truck-stop Wi-Fi. You agree to use these features solely for their intended purpose - building genuine connections with other members.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: automated scraping of profile data, mass-copying messages to dozens of users, attempting to bypass verification systems, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the site for any illegal activity. DriveMatch reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these provisions.

The platform is free to browse. No credit card is required to view profiles or send messages. DriveMatch does not charge hidden fees.

5. Account Policy and CDL Verification

Every member account undergoes photo verification and manual review within 24 hours of registration. CDL holders may display a verified badge on their profile by confirming their commercial driver status through our verification process. This badge signals authenticity to other members and builds trust across the community.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. DriveMatch will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately through the Contact page.

Driving experience badges, equipment preferences, and regional matching features are optional profile elements. However, any information you choose to display must be accurate. Misrepresenting your driving experience, equipment type, or route schedule undermines the trust that makes DriveMatch effective.

6. Limitation of Liability

DriveMatch provides a platform for connection and communication. We do not guarantee specific outcomes - including matches, dates, or relationships - and we are not liable for the conduct of any member on or off the platform. You interact with other members at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid to DriveMatch, if any. Since the platform is free to use, this amount is typically zero.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is immediate and does not require a retention period. All personal data associated with your account is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

DriveMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Pure Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: creating fake profiles, harassing other members, soliciting goods or services, providing false identity or age information, or attempting to compromise platform security.

In cases of serious violations, termination may be permanent and may include blocking associated email addresses and devices from future registration.
